Who we are
Must Win Club publishes football picks at mustwinclub.com and on our Telegram channel and social media. This policy explains what information we handle and why. Questions go to hello@mustwinclub.com.
What we collect
Very little. The website has no sign-up, no newsletter, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Heroku, records each request (IP address, browser, the page visited and the time) to run the site and keep it secure. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.
- One session cookie. The site sets a single cookie that the web framework needs to work. It is not used for tracking or advertising, and it is deleted when you close your browser.
- Your light or dark choice. If you switch the theme, your browser remembers it on your device. It is never sent to us.
Every page, font and script loads from our own server, so no other network sees your visit.
Support through Ko-fi
The Support page links to Ko-fi. If you choose to support us, Ko-fi and its payment providers handle the payment under their own privacy policies. We receive your name or display name, any message you add and the amount. We never see your card details.
Telegram and social media
If you follow us on Telegram, Facebook, Instagram or X, that platform's privacy policy applies. We see only what the platform shows to channel and page owners, such as follower counts, and the names on comments and messages you send us.
Our Facebook application
We use a Facebook application only to publish our own posts to our Facebook page and Instagram account. It does not log anyone in and does not read, collect or store data about Facebook or Instagram users. See Data deletion for details.
Sharing
We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@mustwinclub.com. Since we hold almost nothing, most requests are answered quickly. If you are in the European Union or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
